Connors Law PLLC now gives pro bono representation to the Montgomery County Friends of Animal Care and Control. Our attorneys ensure the protection of the organization and its animals.

Montgomery County Friends of Animal Care and Control (MCFACC) retained Connors Law to review their documents and practices starting this in April 2017. MCFACC wants to ensure that they are doing all they can to protect their organization and their animals. Connors Law attorneys will review contracts and applications for the organization and ensure everything complies with the utmost ethical and legal standards.

MCFACC was founded in 2006 to save and improve the lives of local animals. According to the MCFACC website, the creation of the non-profit helped euthanasia rates decrease from 54% in 2004 to 8.5% in 2012. The rate of dog adoption, reclamation, and transfer also increased from 44% to 87%. Both of these rates are significantly better than the state averages.

MCFACC is a 501c3 non-profit organization for which Connors Law PLLC is proud to offer its services.
